You Gut This Anti-inflammatory Tropical Smoothie

Follow Your Gut is great for inflammation, but as a heating (ginger + cayenne + black pepper) blend, in the summer time, we prefer to make it in smoothie form. Our favorite companions for this yellow beauty by @raisaaziz?

All the tropical fruit - mango, pineapple, banana, and toss in some blueberries for good measure and a sprinkling of color! 🍌🍍🥭 A splash of coconut milk is the perfect naturally fatty liquid for that coveted creamy finish.🥥 ⁣


⁣Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 banana⁣
  • 1/2 cup mango ⁣
  • 1 cup blueberries⁣
  • 1 tsp Follow Your Gut⁣
  • 6-8 oz coconut milk⁣
  • Handful of ice (can omit if using frozen fruit)⁣


Toss all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy! ⁣
