Upgraded Bulletproof Coffee

We're finding the motivation to tackle our to-do lists like pros, with a bit of a brain boost via our morning cup 'o Joe.

The name of the game is simplicity. Make your habits work for you! Already drinking coffee? Add your adaptogens to that daily cup.



  • 1-2 tsp Mind Over Matter

  • 1 shot espresso OR 6 oz brewed coffee

  • 1-2 tsp coconut or MCT oil

  • 1-2 tsp grassfed butter (optional)



  1. Brew coffee or espresso as desired.

  2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy.

  3. Pour into your favorite mug and feel the focus kick in.

Optional: Don't have a blender? Use a handheld frother or immersion blender for a similar effect.
