Triphala works well but I have not been able to tolerate a full tsp. daily. Half that is plenty. Also, I am a bit surprised at the number of reviews that mention bad taste. I mix in smoothies & I don't taste it at all. Have also found this an easy way to take it. Take a handful of frozen mixed berries & toss in a bowl for a little while to partially thaw. Then mixi the Triphala with a teaspoon of honey, a few tablespoons of water & microwave. Poor on berries & hit with a stick blender for a couple of seconds only. Makes a delicious snowcone-ish treat.
