Tranquil Tahini Dressing

With this savory, adrenal-supporting dressing, your veggies will be dressed to de-stress. Prepare this creamy dressing at the beginning of the week so you have it on hand to get your daily dose of adrenal-supporting herbs. We love pouring it over a massaged kale salad, roasted squash, or on top of a grain bowl with roasted root veggies.
Ingredients:
〰️ 2 tsp Adrenal Come True
〰️ 1 cup olive oil
〰️ 1-2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
〰️ 1/3 cup tahini
〰️ ¼ cup vinegar (apple cider, white wine,
or champagne)
〰️ 2 Tbsp lemon juice (or juice of 1 lemon)
〰️ 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
〰️ Salt, to taste
To Make:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until the consistency is
smooth and creamy. Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a pint mason jar and shake until smooth.
2. Serve with your favorite dish or store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a week (just give it a few shakes before each use)
