This gut-healthy, satiating recipe is the perfect fuel for a full day of sightseeing.
Eggs-ploration Toast Recipe
- 1 packet Follow Your Gut
- 2 slices of toast
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- a handful of cherry tomatoes & wilted spinach (optional)
- salt and pepper.
- Toast bread and place scrambled eggs on toast.
- Top with tomatoes and cooked spinach, if using.
