Super Green Slay All Day Smoothie

It’s a new week and we are ready to slay with this energizing Super Green Matcha Smoothie from @eatsandbeatsdc! Great balance of energy, protein, fat, and fiber especially for the worst days of the month (for all of the ladies 🙃).
Ingredients:
• 1/2 Tbsp Slay All Day
• Big handful of spinach
• 1/4 cup frozen avocado and/or Greek yogurt
• 1 heaping scoop of vanilla or unflavored collagen or pea protein
• 1 Tbsp hemp seed and flax seeds blend
• 1 tsp virgin coconut oil
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup coconut or almond milk
Blend together until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
