While this smoothie won't take away the stressors in your life (we're not THAT good) it will help your body adapt to stress so you're better able to handle whatever life throws your way. It's great as a start to your day or an afternoon snack.
Ingredients:
8 oz coconut milk 1 1/2 cups frozen berries 2 tsp Seal The Deal 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Grab your favorite reusable straw and drink up.
