If you're the person that consistently forgets to wear green for St. Patty's day, you are not alone. 😂 Luckily, this matcha fudge recipe keeps pinching at bay and doubles as your potluck dish. Win, win.

Slay All Day is our next-level take on a creamy matcha latte blend, containing two powerful adaptogens, Chlorella and Ginseng. Together, they increase the bioavailability of compounds which help to boost our immune and digestive system. Combined with Matcha, an antioxidant and L-Theanine rich plant that contains both Yin and Yang aspects by increasing energy, while promoting an overall sense of balance starting from the gut.

So Matcha Green Fudge 🍀

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Slay All Day
  • 1 small can (14oz) - Condensed Milk
  • 16z - white chocolate bark (chips work well too)
  • 1.5 tbsp matcha
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp coconut oil

To make:

  1. Place parchment paper in an 8x8 cake pan.
  2. Pour condensed milk in a sauce pan on medium heat. Sift in Slay All Day and Matcha and stir until well combined.
  3. Once both are mixed, place 14oz of chocolate bark in saucepan and stir until melted and combined. Set remaining 2 oz aside for decoration.
  4. Pour in vanilla extract and sprinkle in salt and stir until mixed.
  5. Pour mixture into pan and let cool for 20-30min then place in fridge for 2-4 hours.
  6. Once fudge is ready to come out, melt remaining 2oz of white chocolate and coconut oil together. Stir together and drizzle over fudge and place back in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!
