Simple Sleepytime Latte

Skip the sheep and fall + stay asleep naturally (without the OTC meds, often ridden with synthetic ingredients). Our friend @matchaandmoi created the loveliest Simple Sleepytime Latte using Do Not Disturb. It's an easy wind down ritual that we think you'll find yourself going back to night after night. 


  • 1 tsp Do Not Disturb
  • 2 oz hot water
  • 4-6 oz warm milk of choice 
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

To dose:

  1. Dose 1 tsp of Do Not Disturb to your mug. If using our Daily Dose™ Spoon, this will be 2-3 heaping spoonfuls. 
  2. Top with hot water and stir until powder is well combined. 
  3. In a separate container, warm + froth milk, then pour on top of hot water mixture.
  4. Sip and prepare to sleep soundly.
