Superfood Smoothie Bowl

As the temps rise, we find ourselves craving more cooling + hydrating foods - like this bowl inspired by @sweatersipper.👆 It’s perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or even a summertime dinner on the patio!⠀

Ingredients:⠀
1 frozen banana⠀
½ cup frozen strawberries⠀
½ cup frozen blueberries⠀
1 tsp Better Than Botox⠀
1 tsp Seal The Deal
1 tsp Moringa
1-2 chopped dates ⠀
2-4 oz coconut water⠀
⠀
Instructions: ⠀
⠀
1. Blend all ingredients together. ⠀
2. Top with all of your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, and nut butters (i.e. - green apples, kiwi, almond butter, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, cashews, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds).
