"Can I use more than one blend in the same recipe?"
👆It's a question we get all the time so we figured we'd clear it up. The short answer: yes.
The longer answer: Yes, but we encourage you to ease in! We're breaking it all the way down in our stories so head over there to see how to become a blend-combining pro. If you already are one and ready to dive right in, here's a recipe we're loving, inspired by our friend @the_missional_mermaid.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Moringa
- 1 tsp You Dew You
- 1 tsp Better Than Botox
- 1 tsp Seal The Deal
- 4 oz of almond or coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- Toppings: berries, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, chia seeds
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings.
