I purchased this because of the overall health benefits and so far I can definitely feel a difference in my digestion, skin and overall well being. A little hard to devolve but tastes great.

For me, this is a magical powder. After using this for 2 weeks, I have noticed my hair is shinier and softer, my skin looks and feels more soft and toned. My muscles are not as sore after workouts and seem to recover more quickly during workouts. I have more focus and energy. It is far from a "one stop shop" for me. I use other blends as well. I feel like this helps the other blends, it adds alittle "umph!" I generally use this about 2 - 3 times a week.
