I have prescribed meds to help with my crazy high levels of fatigue and this really has helped in lowering that dose and quantity of times I have to take the prescription. First thing I have found to actually help that out side of the meds.
Helps wake me up when I’m feeling fuzzy. I also find it warming which is nice and very comforting. I’ve used it when I’ve had sore throats along with others from my Apothekary arsenal and have avoided escalation to full colds thank G0d. Love it.
Siberian ginseng has been a great addition to my mornings. I am able to use less coffee in the mornings and I seem to keep going without the caffeine slump in the early afternoon.
I add it to my coffee, Maca and protein powder. Great way to get my day started!
After enjoying and quickly using my smaller bottle, I just had to order the larger. I enjoy the ginseng in my morning smoothies everyday.
