Follow Your Gut Crunchy Almond Butter Toast

A breakfast staple with a side of gut health! 



  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1.5 tsp Follow Your Gut

  • A drizzle of honey or agave

  • 1/2 banana (sliced)

  • Handful of blueberries (dark chocolate chips are also highly encouraged)

  • Sprinkle of crunchy granola



Mix FYG + almond butter in a bowl. Spread on toast and garnish as you please.
