Focus Flow Cold Brew : Putting Mind Over Matter

Focusing is hard these days. So, we've been brain washing. As in, a literal mind cleaning.
Mind Over Matter lifts the fog, enhances cognitive function, and turns endless list makers into productive list do-ers.
This anxiety-reducing, brain-clearing, 3x mushroom blend has been our trusty sidekick since well, March. Here's how we're dosing in the summer heat:
Focus Flow Cold Brew
Ingredients:
- 2 oz espresso
- 1 tsp Mind Over Matter
- 1 tsp Lion's Mane
- 6 oz coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 3/4 c of ice
- Optional: sweetener of choice
Instructions:
- Brew espresso or use your favorite cold brew.
- Using a hand frother (a whisk or a blender will work as well), blend Mind Over Matter into your coffee.
- Pour the milk over ice and then top with the Mind Over Matter coffee mixture.
Voila! Mental clarity on the rocks.
