De-stressing Dream Tonic ft. Do Not Disturb

Sleep is the secret to just about everything wellness related. It's the time our bodies are able to recover and restore from the day's activities and it's the main thing most of us aren't getting enough of. Enter this dream tonic. It'll send you into sweet, deep sleep without the next-morning grogginess. 


  • 1 tsp Do Not Disturb
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 herbal tea bag
  • ½ tsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

To Make:

  1. About an hour before bedtime, add blend to your mug and pour warm water over blend.
  2. Mix with your hand frother.
  3. Add an herbal tea bag, raw honey, and a cinnamon stick to your mug and let steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Sip and feel the bliss take over. Sweet dreams.
