Coffee Meets Bae-goals: 4 Adaptogenic Coffee Recipes We Love

Fatigue and stress no more.  These 4 coffee recipes are a healthier twist on the traditional cup of Joe and are not only delicious, but stress-busting, rich in micronutrients & create a brew-tiful morning beverage to take on-the-go or enjoy at home. 

All of these recipes contain coffee and support any kind of diet, whether you're Paleo, Keto, Whole30, or Gluten Free. 

  

1. Brew-tiful Better Than Botox Coffee Elixir:

Better Than Botox Coffee Adaptogen Recipe

Time: 2-3 minutes

Serving: 1

Equipment: Cup, spoon & hot water dispenser (hand whisk optional)

Ingredients: 

  • 8 oz hot coffee
  • 2 tsp Better Than Botox with Schisandra Berry, Sea Buckthorn & Camu Camu Berry
  • 1 tsp Mind Over Matter
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter 
  • Optional: sweetener (if you don't like your coffee "black")

 

Instructions:

  1. Put Better Than Botox, Lion's Mane, and Lion's Mane into dry cup  
  2. Add coffee and vanilla to taste
  3. Dissolve coconut oil or butter for added "creaminess"
  4. Stir or whisk 

 

2. Stress No More Chill The F* Out Peppermint Mocha:
Time: 2-3 minutes
Serving: 1
Equipment: Cup, spoon & hot water dispenser (hand whisk optional)
Ingredients: 
  • 8 oz plant-based milk
  • 2 oz hot coffee
  • 2 tsp Chill The F* Out with Reishi, Ashwagandha, Cacao, Peppermint, Coconut Cream Powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter
  • 1 tsp sweetener such as honey or agave
  • Optional: 0.5 tsp Maca for hormonal health 

     

    Instructions:

    1. Put Chill The F* Out and Maca powder into dry cup 
    2. Add a dash of hot water to dissolve and create a paste with powder 
    3. Add sweetener, if preferred
    4. Add plant-based milk and coconut butter (or oil) and stir or whisk
    5. Microwave for 20-25 seconds until warm or enjoy at room temperature. 

     

     

    3.  Extra Energy Slay All Day Matcha Espresso:
    Time: 3 minutes
    Serving: 1
    Equipment: Mug, spoon & hot water dispenser (hand whisk optional)
    Ingredients: 
    • 8 oz plant-based milk
    • 1 oz espresso
    • 2 tsp Slay All Day with Matcha, Ginseng, Chlorella, Pea Protein & Coconut Cream Powder
    • 1 tsp Ashwagandha
    • 1 dash Cinnamon
    • 1 tsp sweetener such as honey or agave

       

      Instructions:

      1. Put Slay All Day, Ashwagandha, and Cinnamon into mug 
      2. Ad hot espresso and create a paste with powder 
      3. Add sweetener, if preferred
      4. Add plant-based milk and stir or whisk
      5. Microwave for 10-15 seconds if preferred hot or enjoy warm 

        

      4.  Anti-inflammatory Follow Your Gut Latte:
      Time: 3 minutes
      Servings: 2
      Equipment: Mug, blender 
      Ingredients: 
      • 1.5 tbsp Follow Your Gut with Turmeric, Astragalus Root, Black Pepper, Ginger, Cayenne & Coconut Cream Powder
      • 2 tbsp Collagen (omit if vegan)
      • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
      • 3 tbsp Hemp Hearts
      • 1 tbsp Maca
      • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
      • 1 tbsp Cashew Butter
      • 2 tbsp full fat Coconut Cream
      • 1 tbsp raw Honey (or 2-3 pitted medjool dates)
      • 3 1/2 cups Hot Coffee
      • Optional: dash Cinnamon

       

      Instructions:

      1. Combine all of your ingredients in your blender
      2. Blend on low to start, then slowly ramp up the speed to high
      3. Blend for a minimum of 90 seconds to fully break up the hemp hearts
      4. Pour, sip and enjoy!
