Cinnamon Bun Ashwagandha Latte

    Basically a cinnamon bun in a cup, but with stress-busting benefits. This latte features Ashwagandha, the adaptogen that's well known for supporting your adrenal glands and regulating your body's response to stress. As stress goes up so does hormone disruption and it can wreak all kinds of havoc on our bodies with things such as disrupted sleep, weight gain, lethargy, brain fog, and more. Ashwagandha supports our body's ability to handle stress like a champ.

    Ingredients:

    8oz almond milk
    1-2 tsp Ashwagandha
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp maple syrup
    dash of cinnamon

    Instructions⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

    Heat almond milk. Stir in Ashwagandha, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Froth if desired. Sprinkle with another dash of cinnamon for garnish. Sip your way to regulated hormones + the ultimate chill.
