Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ghosts! 👻

These treats are a fan fav for when you want dessert but want it to be a little on the lighter side. Plus we love to add our blends in wherever we can for an extra dose of goodness.

  • 1 tsp Astragalus (Mind Over Matter and Chill The F Out work well too)
  • 1 tsp Schisandra Berry (Maca and Ashwagandha work as well)
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Almond slices, hemp seeds, peanuts (anything to give it a crunch)
  • 1/2 cup choco chips (to melt)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (extra light olive oil works as well)
  • Skewers
  • Parchment paper and tray

To make: Yields 4
  1. Cut bananas in half and place on skewers.
  2. Place banana skewers on tray with parchment paper and set in freezer for 10 minutes
  3. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, Astragalus, Schisandra Berry (or other blends mentioned) together.
  4. Take bananas out of freezer and coat them in peanut butter mixture then roll in hemp, almond slices or peanuts and place back in freezer for 10 minutes
  5. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil (or extra light olive oil) in microwave for about 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds.
  6. Take bananas out of the freezer and coat then with melted chocolate.
  7. Add chopped chocolate chips for decoration
  8. Place in freezer for 20ish min or until chocolate has hardened.
