Chill(ed) The F* Out Latte

As you're diving in to grab your morning cup (or three) of coffee, try adding this daily dose of chill to your routine to support management of stress levels. This latte recipe will quite literally chill you the F* out while still leaving you with the energy you need to take on your month. ☕
〰️ 1 tsp of Chill The F* Out
〰️ 1 tsp of cacao powder
〰️ 1 shot (or 2 😅 ) of espresso
Froth or mix together and set aside.
1. In a separate cup with ice, add 1 cup of milk of choice (we love oat!).
2. Pour chill blend over your milk.
3. Stir and enjoy. 😋
