Matcha Peppermint Chocolate Bark

 

'Tis the season for a holiday classic chocolate recipe.  Our recipe is a healthier twist on the traditional Chocolate Peppermint Bark and is made with our serotonin-boosting, stress-reducing, Chill The F* Out signature blend, rich in Cacao, Ashwagandha, Peppermint, Coconut Cream Powder and adaptogen Queen -- Reishi.

 

Make this impressive but easy bark for a holiday gathering, gift-giving, or festive snacking.

 

Chill The F* Out Vegan Chocolate Bark:

Time: A pretty zen 15 minutes 

Ingredients: 

  • 3/4 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips of Dark Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 3 tsp Chill The F* Out

Topping:

  • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 Raw Almonds
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Optional: Slay All Day for some matcha sprinkle

 

Instructions:

  1. Prep a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  2. Melt chocolate chips, coconut oil, and coconut butter in a double boiler on medium
  3. Once it is smooth add Chill the F* Out
  4. Pour melted adaptogenic goodness onto parchment paper
  5. Spread out with a rubber spatula
  6. Sprinkle toppings on top and put in the freezer for one hour
  7. Eat chocolate and then...Chill the F* Out.
