Astragalus is an adaptogenic root native to China and is a powerful food ingredient known to help strengthen Qi aka our "life force". Referred to as the “Yellow Leader”, this root is perfect for those looking for energy support and RMR (or Resting Metabolic Rates).

WHAT IT DOES:

Astragalus contains polysaccharides, which are digestible carbohydrates that may help maintain healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels in already healthy individuals when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise. Astragalus is an adaptogen root, which helps the body adapt to outside stressors, resulting in a calmer physical and mental state.

Perfect boost

This stuff is glorious. I combine Astralgus with Lion's Mane in my morning coffee. The extra energy boost lasts all morning and doesn't leave me with the drop off I get from caffeine alone.

Better than I expected

I wasn't sure what to expect. I mean, seriously, sprinkle some of this on my hashbrowns and what?! I really do love this stuff. I put some Chill the F* Out on my apple slices, I put the Mind Over Matter on my hashbrowns, the sleep stuff has been a god-send on nights when I was awake in the middle of the night. I'm particularly excited about the Glow. As a vegetarian, it's hard to find collagen I can take. But now I can! I've bought other formulas for my 23 year old. Fingers crossed they help her as much as they've helped me.
